D.INFORMATION LGS. 30.06.2003 N.196

Regarding Article. 13 of Legislative Degree 30.06.2003 no.196 (“law of protection of personal data “) we inform you that your personal data will be used for:

- commercial proposes , direct sales, marketing and commercial information, promotional, statistics, made through a standard criteria;

- The other personal data (telephone no, age) are optional but allow to the company the possibility to improve the costumer service;

- In case that the user make an registration without any order, the delivery of data is purely voluntary but is important because without data the user can’t receive any gifts, messages or other benefit;

- In any case the data will be not disclosed;

- The data will be used by the personal special instructed , employers or other staff, for processing data( sending advertizing messages, for the other companies that offers strictly specific services for the implementation of the contractual relationship ) such as:

- Company – data entry, call center and to envelop the personal messages;

- Poste Italiane Spa(Italian post)
- SDA Express Courier(SDA courier Express).
- Companies that provide for the payments of services.
- Provider of website and its collaborators

The customer/user has the right to obtain without delay:

a) confirmation that the personal data concerning him exists, even if the customer/user is not yet registered and to give an intelligible communication , purpose and methods of treatment of his data and their origin.;

b) identification of the owner and manager;

c) the cancellation ,block or transformation anonymously of data in case that the law is violated;

d) updating and correction data without any explication;

e) the transactions referred into paragraph c) and d) has to be announced unless this operation involves a disproportionate manifest to the copyright;

f) free access to the article.37 Legislative Decree.196/2003, where the customer /user can know about the existence of processing data concerning him;

g) free to oppose the using of personal data for purposes of direct marketing and direct sale.
